LCA of Composite Waste Processing report

[Desplazarse hacia abajo]

Interesting report: Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) study evaluating the treatment of glass fibre-reinforced composite waste in cement kilns, concludes that recycling/co-processing the waste in cement production significantly reduces CO₂ emissions compared with conventional incineration, delivering an average saving of 831 kg CO₂e per tonne of waste treated.

The reuse of long life-cycle materials participates in the reduction of carbon footprint. You can read the full report here.
